We don’t have any return policy once the product (Nimbuckz) has been send to the User ID as you mentioned while purchasing it.

Sale item (Nimbuckz) cannot be refunded.


We can refund money only if you did not receive Nimbuckz in your desired ID after successful payment. It will take 3-6 working days to return the sum of money deducted from your account.

we will inspect it and notify you that we have deliver the Nimbuckz in your User ID. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

It will take 2-8 hours to send Nimbuckz to your ID.

How To Claim The Refund

Write us an email with all purchasing details, Name, User ID (Nimbuzz), Amount of Nimbuckz you have tried to buy, Time and date of payment you made at our website.
